At Icecartel, we strive for perfection in every piece of jewelry, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@icecartel.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original display box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Icecartel

  Send your item back via a trackable shipping service; we recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
